We are totally independent of surveyors, lettings agents and contractors. Commissions are not charged, as there are no substantial overheads nor corporate shareholders to reward. We can work with the best in their fields and make the right decisions, quickly, effectively and at the right price.
Tim O'Donnell - Property Manager
Over 30 years’ management experience, including marketing director at Diageo PLC and five star hotels. Director for the build and launch of a £100m 5* resort. High quality communication, customer service and project management skills. Built a property construction and management business over 30 years. Graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University and an Associate Member of The Property Institute.
Amaya Carew – Property Manager
Over 5 years’ experience in managing residential and commercial properties. Additional direct construction experience as a Site Manager, including with Mace Group, 6th largest UK construction company. Key expertise in improving operations to ensure smooth, hassle-free management at every step, optimising landlord and leaseholder satisfaction.
Andrea Wadey – Property Manager
Over 20 years' building and property management experience, working for local businesses in North London. Together with a building contractor family history, a hands on approach ensures high quality and cost effective maintenance works.
Danny Cusden – Property Manager
Over 10 years’ experience in property, working with block management companies, letting and estate agents and building contractors. A Residential Property Surveyor, registered with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Paula McGeown - Legal Counsel
Experienced solicitor, litigator and accredited mediator, extensive legal qualifications from the UK, Australia and China, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Skilled at resolving disputes quickly and efficiently to ensure business and property operations run smoothly at all times.
Sylvie Pet - Accountant & Customer Support
16 years' experience in accountancy and office management. Fluent in Dutch and English. Conversational German, French, Spanish. AAT Accountancy Certificates. Graduate of the University of Utrecht with a BA (Hons).
Non-Executives
Our non-executives support us to ensure our customer service is highly professional and effective. One has over 20 years' experience of management in 4* luxury hotels and resorts, rising to General Manager, helping us to meet the highest standards of work, process and health & safety. Our second has 25 years in construction project and site management, for companies such as Balfour Beatty and Mowlem. Qualifications include surveying, site management, health & safety and construction. Our third is a former Radio 4 producer for 'The Today Programme', 'Feedback' and 'Face the Facts'. He is well versed in understanding issues with service and mediating between client and service provider. His role is to certify that we run an ethically sound business.
